Lisa Rios

Lisa Rios is an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Jack H. Brown College’s School of Entrepreneurship, California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB), since 2017. She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from California Baptist University. Her career spans over 30 years in entrepreneurship and executive leadership roles, including founding Leadership Dimensions, Inc., which focuses on coaching C-Suite executives and fostering organizational alignment. She also serves as a business and C-Suite coach for Vistage International, supporting global executives in decision-making and strategic growth.

Her expertise includes leadership capacity building, team development, and international market expansion. Lisa has led teams achieving 500% growth within five years and has developed business relationships across multiple countries in the building products industry. Her teaching and coaching emphasize organizational culture, strategic vision, and empowering teams to achieve shared goals.

She actively contributes to the School of Entrepreneurship’s curriculum and programs, integrating real-world leadership challenges into academic frameworks. Her professional network includes collaborations with the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship (IECE) and participation in initiatives like the Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards.
