Lisa Porter

Mrs. Lisa Porter is a Lecturer in the School of Allied Health Science and Practice at the University of Adelaide's Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. Her work focuses on social justice and inclusion for individuals with disabilities, collaborating with researchers like Kobie Boshoff, Deanna Gibbs, and Louise Wiles since 2015. This collaboration has produced five published articles.

Her research emphasizes disability inclusion, with notable presentations at the 2017 Perth National Occupational Therapy Conference and the 2019/2021 Healthy Development Adelaide Autism Forum. She holds an office at Room 418, North Terrace campus.

Dr. Porter's interests bridge occupational therapy practice with systemic advocacy, particularly regarding the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and family support systems for disabled individuals.
