Lisa Perkins is a Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Tax Clinic at the University of Connecticut School of Law. She joined the faculty in 2015 after a 17-year career with the U.S. Department of Justice, where she served as a trial attorney in the Tax Division and later as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Hartford. Her legal expertise spans tax law, immigration, civil rights litigation, and clinical legal education.
