Lisa Marie Gamlem

Lisa Marie Gamlem is an Associate Professor at the Westerdals Department of Film and Media, part of the School of Arts, Design and Media at Kristiania University of Applied Sciences. She specializes in film directing, teaching and leading the film directing specialization program since 2016. Her career spans over two decades in the film industry, blending artistic creativity with social advocacy.

Education: Graduated from The Norwegian Film School, completed journalism studies at Oslo Metropolitan University, and pursued social anthropology at the University of Oslo. Her work integrates themes of human rights, diversity, and inclusion, reflected in both her academic and artistic pursuits.
