Lisa Kuron is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences at Wilfrid Laurier University. Her research focuses on leadership, job search processes, gender and generational differences in the workplace, and self-efficacy. She also investigates inclusive teaching, pedagogies of care, and school-to-work transition. Her work integrates motivational and self-regulatory frameworks to address career dynamics.
