Lisa Kipper

Lisa Kipper, PharmD, is the Director of Experiential Education and Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Marshall B. Ketchum University in Fullerton, California. She oversees Introductory and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPE/APPE), focusing on competency-based education, preceptor retention, and student mentorship. Dr. Kipper holds a PharmD from the University of the Pacific.

Her career spans community pharmacy, clinical ambulatory care, and transition of care roles, where she developed the Meds-to-Beds Program at Saddleback Medical Center to reduce hospital readmissions. Her expertise includes disease management, patient education, quality assurance, and process improvement.

Active in professional organizations, she serves as faculty advisor for the California Pharmacists Association (CPhA) and American Pharmacists Association (APhA), contributing to legislative advocacy and professional development initiatives.
