Dr Lisa Kim is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Psychology at the University of Sydney, Australia. She holds Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) and Fellow (FBPsS) titles from the British Psychological Society. As Director of the HEART Research Group and WELL Policy Node, her work focuses on teacher effectiveness, wellbeing, and retention.
