Dr. Lisa Haerteis is a Grant-Funded Researcher at the Institute for Photonics and Advanced Sensing (IPAS), affiliated with the School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Adelaide. She obtained her Ph.D. in electrical engineering (2023), specializing in fibre optic sensing and photonic integrated circuits (PICs). Her research focuses on nonlinear optics, integrated microwave photonics, and dynamic applications of PICs. She is an alumnus of the Max Planck School of Photonics, leveraging a global network of collaborations in photonics fields. She is eligible to supervise Masters and PhD students as a co-supervisor.
