Lisa Buckley

Dr. Lisa Buckley is an Honorary Senior Lecturer in the School of Public Health at The University of Queensland. She specializes in health behavior change, injury prevention, and adolescent health, with a focus on reducing risk behaviors such as alcohol use and road-related risks. Her work emphasizes the role of supportive relationships, bystander influence, and digital health interventions. She has secured over $13 million in research funding, including from the ARC and U.S. Department of Justice, and has authored over 85 publications and 25 reports.
