Lionel WILNER

Lionel WILNER is a senior researcher at CREST (Centre de Recherche en Économie et Statistique) and teaches economics at ENSAE Paris. He earned his PhD from Université Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne) and an accreditation to supervise research (HDR) from École Normale Supérieure (ENS). Affiliated with CESifo, he contributes to empirical industrial organization, social insurance economics, and policy evaluation methods.
