Linh Cu Le, MD, PhD, is a prominent public health academic and researcher currently serving as Executive Vice Dean at the College of Health Sciences, VinUniversity, Vietnam. He is also an International Scholar with the Center for Global Health at the University of Pennsylvania. His career spans over 17 years at Hanoi University of Public Health, where he helped establish Vietnam’s first Master’s and Doctoral programs in Public Health.
