Lingtao Yu

Lingtao Yu is an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Division at the UBC Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia. He holds a B.S. in Psychology and LL.B. from Qingdao University, an M.A. from the University of Massachusetts, and a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota.

His research focuses on leadership and ethics, abusive supervision, workplace deviance, emotions, and mindfulness. He teaches Management and Organizational Behaviour (BCom) courses and has contributed to prominent journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and Academy of Management Journal.
