Line Cordes

Line Cordes is a current Honorary Research Fellow at the School of Ocean Sciences, focusing on marine top predators and their ecological interactions. Previously, she served as a Lecturer in Marine Biology at the same institution and accepts PhD students for research projects.

Recent publications highlight her work on shearwater flight energetics, African elephant social disruption impacts, and ungulate population management frameworks. Her research integrates field studies with computational models.

She has led projects including seal tagging, seabird energy landscapes, and collaborations with the University of Aberdeen on marine predator studies.
