Line Chamberland

Line Chamberland is a Professor in the Department of Sexology at the University of Quebec at Montreal, holding the Research Chair on Homophobia since 2011. This position focuses on advancing knowledge about sexual and gender minorities through collaborations with the Bureau de lutte contre l'homophobie (Ministry of Justice), Quebec LGBT Council, and Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse.

Her research centers on social exclusion mechanisms affecting marginalized individuals due to sexual orientation or gender identity in institutional contexts. Key interests include:
