Dr. Lindsey Collins is an Associate Professor at the University of Bradford's Centre for Applied Dementia Studies. As a registered Clinical Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, she specializes in supporting people with dementia experiencing eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties (dysphagia). Her research examines the lived experiences of people with dementia and dysphagia in care homes, using qualitative methodologies to understand mealtime challenges from multiple perspectives.
