Lindsay Blair is an Associate Professor and Reader in Visual Culture and Theory at the University of the Highland and Islands (UHI) Moray. Their research focuses on post-colonial visual culture in Scotland/Highlands, transnational identity, and interdisciplinary art practices. Blair holds a PhD in Art History and Theory from the University of Essex (1990), an MA from the same institution (1982), and a BA in English from the University of Stirling (1979).
