Linda Rave

Linda Rave is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at Sheffield Business School, part of Sheffield Hallam University's College of Business, Technology and Engineering. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, she previously worked in Human Resources and Organizational Development within the NHS. Her teaching portfolio includes courses in Business Management, MBA, and MSc Organizational Development and HRM, covering modules such as Change Management in a Global and Digital World, Applied Business Management Practices, and Leadership, Change and Responsible People Practice.

Her research interests focus on organizational behavior, human resource strategies, and adaptive leadership in evolving business environments.
