Linda R Frank

Linda R Frank is a Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health, with secondary appointments in the Schools of Nursing and Medicine. She serves as Principal Investigator for the MidAtlantic AIDS Education & Training Center, continuously funded since 1988 by DHHS HIV/AIDS Bureau.

Her research trends include infectious disease management, healthcare capacity building, and substance use screening, with specific focus on prison populations, global health, and rural healthcare. Her work has driven clinical practice improvements, HIV prevention, and quality management initiatives.
