Dr. Lim Han Yin is a Lecturer at the School of Pharmacy, Monash University Malaysia. She holds a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry (2023) and joined the faculty in 2024. Her research focuses on developing synthesis methods for 1,3,5-triazines as anticancer agents, with expertise in medicinal chemistry, green synthesis, and cancer research. She teaches courses like PHR 1021 (How Medicines Work I) and coordinates academic programs. She has received multiple awards, including the 3MT Champion (2022) and IUPAC Best Poster Award (2024). Her work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals related to education and sustainable practices.

Research Interests: Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Microwave-assisted synthesis, Green and sustainable chemistry, Cell culture, and Cancer. She has published 5 peer-reviewed articles since 2021, emphasizing eco-friendly methodologies and anticancer drug development.
Awards: Over seven academic and professional accolades, including scholarships and international conference recognitions. She serves as School Podcast Coordinator and previously led the ACS Student Chapter, which won national awards.
