Dr. Lily Williams is a Researcher at the University of Newcastle and Hunter Medical Research Institute, specializing in Nutritional Biochemistry and Immunology. Her work focuses on nutritional interventions, obesity, and asthma management. She holds a PhD from the University of Newcastle (2023) and completed Honours and Bachelor degrees in Biomedical Science.
