Dr. Lily Liang is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of the District of Columbia (UDC), affiliated with the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. She holds leadership roles including Director of the Master of Science in Computer Science Program (2010-14; 2017-Present) and former Department Chair (2014-16).
