Lilian Moncrieff is Lecturer in Law at Queen Mary University of London's School of Law. Educated at University of Glasgow (PhD), London School of Economics (LLM) and University of Edinburgh, her research focuses on regulatory theory and governance, with particular expertise in corporate responsibility within the 'new governance' paradigm.
