Lieneke Ritzema

Lieneke Ritzema is Assistant Professor in Educational Science at the University of Groningen. Her research examines leadership in education, organizational development, and data-informed teaching practices.

She coordinates the Academic Teacher Training program and chairs the NRO-Expertgroep leiderschap in onderwijs. Research focuses on distributed leadership models, professional development incentives, and alignment of organizational values in educational contexts.
