Lidia Rodriguez Fernandez

Lidia Rodríguez Fernández is a Lecturer at the University of Deusto, based at the Bilbao campus. She holds a Licenciatura in Spanish Literature from the University of Valencia and a PhD in Biblical Theology from the University of Deusto. Her teaching focuses on the degrees of Social Sciences and Humanities, and Theology, where she teaches courses such as 'Biblia y cultura,' 'Tradiciones socioculturales y diálogo interreligioso,' 'Historia de las religiones,' and 'Históricos y proféticos.' She directs the Master's program in Biblical Studies.

Her research interests center on the Old Testament, the cultural reception of the Bible, and religious phenomena in secular contexts. She contributes to the university's research project on 'Diversidad religiosa y convivencia democrática: análisis y propuestas para las políticas municipales.' Office hours are held Wednesdays 10:00–12:00 in Room D-203.
