Licong Cui, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at the McWilliams School of Biomedical Informatics, University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). She is also affiliated with the Center for Translational AI Excellence and Applications in Medicine (TEAM-AI) and the Texas Institute for Restorative Neurotechnologies (TIRN).
