Libin Thaikkattil Louis

Dr. Libin Thaikkattil Louis is an Assistant Professor of Forestry at the University of Maine at Fort Kent (UMFK), School of Natural Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Forest Resources from the University of Maine, Orono (2021), an M.Sc. in Forestry from the University of British Columbia (2018), and a B.Sc. in Forestry from Kerala Agricultural University (2014). His research focuses on biomass and bioenergy, timber harvesting economics, and minimizing environmental impacts of forest management in the Northeastern U.S.
