Lianfa Song

Dr. Lianfa Song is a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Texas Tech University. His career spans prestigious institutions including UCLA, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and National University of Singapore.
