Liana Chen is an Associate Professor of Chinese Language and Literature and Assistant Professor of International Affairs at George Washington University. She directs the Taiwan Education and Research Program. Her full-time academic roles include teaching courses on Taiwanese literature/film, Chinese drama, and gender studies in classical Chinese contexts. She holds a PhD in Chinese Literature from Stanford University (2009).
