Liam Callanan

Liam Callanan is a Professor and Creative Writing Plan Coordinator in the Department of English at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's College of Letters & Science. His educational background includes an MFA from George Mason University, MA from Georgetown University, and BA from Yale University.

Research interests focus on fiction/nonfiction writing pedagogy and community literature programs. He directs initiatives like Eat Local::Read Local and Poetry Everywhere, and advises cream city review.
