Li Wang

Li Wang is a Professor at Zhengzhou University's School of Ecology and Environment, currently visiting Loughborough University. She leads significant environmental protection initiatives including the Ecological Environment Protection Planning Project for Zhengzhou and Yellow River Basin conservation strategies.

Her research focuses on water pollution mitigation and ecological restoration, with active projects examining:

• River water quality improvement
• Pollution coefficient modeling
• Ecological planning frameworks

Wang has directed major national research initiatives, including projects funded by China's National Water Pollution Control and Treatment Science and Technology Major Project. She developed the provincial standard DB41/T1950-2020 on environmental protocols.
