Li-Shih Huang is a Full Professor of Applied Linguistics at the University of Victoria within the Faculty of Humanities, School of Languages, Linguistics and Cultures. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto and has been affiliated with the University of Victoria since 2006.
