Li Chang

Li Chang is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney's School of Aerospace, Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering. His research focuses on advanced materials engineering with emphasis on tribology, composite materials, thin films, and additive manufacturing processes. He teaches undergraduate courses including Mechanics of Solids and Engineering Tribology.

Chang's research investigates fundamental mechanisms in material interactions under mechanical stress, with recent advances in 3D-printed composites, high-entropy alloy coatings, and battery separator technologies. His experimental and computational work spans nanoscale material behavior to industrial-scale manufacturing optimization.
