Lewis Luartz

Lewis Luartz is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Chapman University, affiliated with the Wilkinson College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. He holds a Ph.D., M.A., M.Ed., and B.A. from the University of California, Riverside.

Lewis collaborates with scholars like Indriði H. Indriðason, Shaun Bowler, and André Blais (University of Montréal) on comparative political studies. His scholarship bridges health disparities and political behavior, particularly during crises.
