Leslie H. Pittman

Leslie H. Pittman, M.S.N., R.N., is an Associate Professor of Nursing at Barton College. With over 20 years of bedside nursing experience in cardiac care, surgical/trauma intensive care, and obstetrics, she joined Barton in 2012 and has focused on student retention and success strategies.

As Simulation Lab Coordinator, she emphasizes hands-on learning and interdisciplinary integration. Her research interests span nursing education, community health, and collaborative initiatives with social work, education, business, gerontology, Spanish, and health promotion majors.
