Lesli Rawlings

Lesli Rawlings is a Professor at the Department of History, Politics, and Geography within Wayne State College in Nebraska. She specializes in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and its applications to local housing markets, public education, rural population decline, and K-12 geographic education.
