Lesley Ritchie

Dr. Lesley Ritchie is an Assistant Professor in Clinical Health Psychology at the Max Rady College of Medicine, University of Manitoba. She is a registered clinical psychologist in Manitoba and Ontario, specializing in clinical neuropsychology, clinical psychology, and rehabilitation psychology for adolescent, adult, and elderly clients.

• MSc in Psychology (Neuroscience specialization, 2003)
• BA (Hons) in Psychology (2000)

Her research focuses on traumatic brain injury, neuropsychological assessment, and epilepsy, with emphasis on concussion management, mild cognitive impairment progression to dementia, and outcomes following epilepsy surgery. She contributes to clinical training and advocacy through leadership roles in concussion networks.

Dr. Ritchie’s clinical work spans neuropsychological assessments at the Health Sciences Centre and the Pan Am Concussion Program, providing multidisciplinary care for concussion/TBI patients across Manitoba, northwestern Ontario, and central Nunavut. She represents neuropsychology on national and provincial concussion guidelines and prevention initiatives.
