Dr. Lesley Manson is a Clinical Associate Professor at Arizona State University's College of Health Solutions and serves as Associate Chair of Integrated Initiatives in the Doctor of Behavioral Health program. She is a master trainer in motivational interviewing, clinician-patient communication, and implementation science, with a focus on building fiscally sustainable integrated care models. Dr. Manson directs training programs at NCR Behavioral Health and actively leads national Project ECHOs on integrated care delivery.

Her research interests center on financial sustainability in integrated care, interprofessional collaboration, and chronic disease management. She has developed training programs for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and co-authored Integrating Behavioral Health into the Medical Home. Her work has been funded by a PCORI five-year grant with University of Vermont and University of Massachusetts.
Dr. Manson has received multiple awards, including ASU Outstanding Doctoral Mentor Nomination (2018) and Collaborative Health Care Association Honors (2016). She chairs 62 doctoral projects and advises 63 students in ASU's Doctor of Behavioral Health program. Her service includes leadership in the Interprofessional Behavioral Health Collaborative for Arizona and board roles in the Arizona Psychological Association.
