Leonor Pais

Leonor Pais is an Associate Professor at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. She serves as the Portuguese Coordinator of the European WOP-P Master Course and is a member of the Center for Research in Neuropsychology and Cognitive and Behavioral Intervention (CINEICC). Her academic responsibilities include research, teaching, and university management tasks.

Her research focuses on:

• Knowledge management systems in organizational contexts
• Human resources development and strategic HR practices
• Workplace cooperation dynamics
• Decent work standards and labor quality metrics

Pais has led and contributed to multiple nationally funded (Portuguese) and European research projects. She also evaluates scientific proposals for the Funding Agency for Science, Research and Technology.

Her publications span books, book chapters, and articles in journals including Journal of Knowledge Management, Managing Service Quality, International Labour Review, and International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management, primarily addressing organizational behavior and quality management.
