Leonor Durão Barroso

Leonor Durão Barroso is an Invited Assistant Professor at the Institute for Political Studies of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, teaching in the Bachelor's Programme in Political Science and International Relations. She holds a PhD in Political Science and International Relations from the same institution and a BA in Classics (specializing in Translation of Classical Languages) from the Faculty of Letters at the University of Lisbon. Her research focuses on political thought, particularly the School of Salamanca, its intersection with international law, modern political philosophy, and the Social Doctrine of the Church. She also serves as a researcher at the Research Centre of the Institute for Political Studies (CIEP).
