Leonid Kulyuk is a Professor and academician of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova (ASM) serving as Head of the Laboratory of Physics of Semiconductor Compounds "Sergiu Radautsan" at the Institute of Applied Physics in Chisinau, Moldova.
Dr. Kulyuk holds the Doctor of Sciences (habilitation) degree and maintains office 240 at the Institute located at 5 Academiei Street. His research focuses on semiconductor materials and their physical properties.
