Leonardo DI BRINA

Leonardo DI BRINA is a Lecturer at the Department of Economics within Ca' Foscari University of Venice. His work focuses on Commercial Law, particularly in areas related to banking, financial regulation, and corporate governance. He has been actively involved in teaching Financial Market Law for the Master's Degree in Economics and Finance since at least the 2020/2021 academic year.

Research Interests: His research spans critical legal aspects of banking operations, including bankruptcy revocations, administrative liquidation, insider trading prohibitions, and regulatory compliance for financial intermediaries. His publications often analyze reforms and legal frameworks governing financial markets and institutions.
