Leon Lorek

Leon Lorek is a Researcher at the University of Hohenheim's Department of Communication Studies. He leads the applied research project In Between (Agriculture, Nature Conservation & Communication), addressing public communication challenges between agriculture and environmental protection sectors. His work focuses on developing continuing education programs for journalists to improve interdisciplinary dialogue.

Education: B.A. in Communication Science (University of Erfurt), M.A. in Communication Management and Analysis (University of Hohenheim).

Research interests include interactive media, online communication strategies, and the intersection of agriculture/environmental policy with media practices. Current projects emphasize practical solutions for stakeholder communication in sustainability contexts.
