Dr. Len E. Clark is an Adjunct Professor in the Emergency & Disaster Management MS program at Thomas Jefferson University (East Falls Campus, Philadelphia). With over 25 years of operational emergency services experience, including 13 years as Deputy County Emergency Manager in Gloucester County, NJ, he combines practical expertise with academic instruction. He holds an M.S. in Environmental Protection and Safety Management and a Doctor of Public Administration (DPA).
His research and teaching focus on emergency management systems, disaster response protocols, environmental hazard mitigation, and public safety administration. He has taught emergency management courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
