Leila M Harris

Dr. Leila Harris is a Professor at the University of British Columbia, affiliated with the Institute for Resources, Environment, and Sustainability and the Institute for Gender, Race, Sexuality and Social Justice. Her research focuses on water governance, political ecology, and gender equity across global contexts including Turkey, Ghana, South Africa, and Canada.
