LeeAnne Broadhead

LeeAnne Broadhead is a Professor in the Department of L'nu, Political and Social Studies at Cape Breton University (CBU). Her work focuses on international relations, environmental politics, and the social impacts of globalization. She co-authored three papers with Dr. Sean Howard examining Indigenous perspectives on science and knowledge systems. Her 2002 book International Environmental Politics: The Limits of Green Diplomacy critiques conventional approaches to environmental governance. Broadhead is a member of the Canadian Group of the Pugwash Conference on Science and World Affairs, advocating for science-driven solutions to global challenges.
