Dr. Lee Shin-Min is a Research Fellow at the Institute of International Relations, National Chengchi University, and holds affiliations with institutions such as Zhejiang Gongshan University and the National Policy Foundation. His expertise spans Cross-Strait economic security, public law frameworks, and global monetary policies. He has held roles including Vice President at the Presidential Securities Corp. and Legal Counselor at the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
Education includes an LL.D. from Zhejiang University (2007–2010), LL.M. from Temple University (1978–1980), and LL.B. from Soochow University (1973–1978). His research focuses on administrative law, economic diplomacy, and comparative governance structures, with a particular emphasis on Taiwan's strategic positioning amid global economic competition.
