Lea Lambing

Lea Lambing is an Instructor and Clinical Coordinator in the Department of Clinical, Diagnostic, & Therapeutic Sciences at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) College of Allied Health Professions. She coordinates the Abdomen-Extended and OB/GYN programs in Kearney, Nebraska. Her roles include teaching and clinical coordination in diagnostic imaging.

Education: Master of Health Professions Teaching and Technology (UNMC, 2023), Post-Baccalaureate Professional Certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (UNMC, 2016), BS in Radiation Science Technology (UNMC, 2015), BA in English (Doane College, 2013). Certified as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Abdomen/OB/GYN) and Registered Radiographer.

Her expertise focuses on diagnostic imaging modalities, particularly in abdominal and obstetric/gynecologic ultrasound, alongside health professions education. She contributes to the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program's clinical operations and curriculum.
