Laëtitia CONDAMIN is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at EM Normandie since 2016, serving as Academic Director of the MS Marketing, Communication and Food Product Engineering program. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Université de Poitiers (2018), focusing on ethical marketing practices among agro-food managers targeting children. Prior to academia, she spent 22 years in multinational corporations like Unilever Italy, KRAFT FOODS, and L’OREAL, specializing in consumer insights and market research.
Her research emphasizes ethical marketing frameworks, managerial identity work in responsible practices, and the intersection of consumer behavior with environmental and social issues. Key areas include child consumer ethics, risk arbitration in agro-food sectors, and territorial branding strategies for responsible marketing.
Teaching focuses on Marketing, B2B Marketing, International Marketing, and Strategic Marketing. Her work bridges academic theory with industry experience, addressing challenges in transitioning to sustainable and ethical marketing practices across diverse sectors.
