Dr. Laurence Luu is a Scientia Lecturer at UNSW Sydney and Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). He leads the Bacterial Colonisation Factor Lab, focusing on understanding bacterial pathogens such as Bordetella pertussis (whooping cough) and Chlamydia trachomatis.
