Laurence Booth is the CIT Chair in Structured Finance and a Professor of Finance at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. His research focuses on corporate finance, international finance, and the behavior of regulated industries. He has published extensively in top academic journals and co-authored three major finance textbooks: International Business, Introduction to Corporate Finance, and Corporate Finance.
